Graduated from the Tashkent Arts school, Uzbekistan , than in 1972 graduates from the Drama and Arts Institute. After graduating from the institute Duisenbaev started teaching in an arts school in Almaty.

In his canvases of the 1970s he developed the subject in detail. He was inspired with characters, filled with spiritual wholeness, deep in thought, devoid of anything which could seem full of pathos or pomposity. Since the mid 1980s the process of “clearance” from details for the sake of sonority of a spot in subtle interaction of tone and light has been going on consciously. He concentrates his attention on the “substantial” form of the object, refusing the depiction of details. Series of “landscapes – still-lives” arise, where the artist varies the play of light and color, providing a creation of forms, saying what is hidden in their figurative essence.

The concrete «expression» of new figurative «plastics» of color was already shown in the canvases of 1980-1989, created according to impressions of “plein-airs”.

His adherence to dark colors – is one of methods to escape from decorativeness, to create a mood of concentration and meditation.
